How long is a rental? Most of our rentals are for 1 day and kept overnight but you can rent for a few hours or several days.
What areas do you service? We proudly deliver to Jacksonville, TX, Bullard, TX, Tyler, TX, Rusk, TX, Troup, TX, Palestine, TX and anywhere in between. If you are not in these areas send us a message to see if we deliver to your area. Delivery fees may apply.
Do you clean your inflatables? We clean and inspect all of our inflatables in between every rental following a very strict process and using commercial cleaners to ensure your kids safety.
Do you provide the extension cord and hose? Yes, we provide an extension cord up to 100ft long and a water hose up to 50ft long if renting a water unit.
Where can you set up my water slide? We can setup your inflatable water slide on almost any smooth, flat surface. Surfaces include grass, concrete, asphalt, and on sand/dirt. Make sure your setup area is free of any sharp objects or debris before we arrive for setup. Grass should also be cut several days before we arrive. Slide will face down any slope. If you're renting the slide dry, we can also set up indoors.
